The Company further owns registrations for the CHRSTIAN LOUBOUTIN and LOUBOUTINplus Design trademarks and service marks in various International Classes inArgentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia Giuseppe Zanotti , Hong Kong, Israel,Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panama, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, the 15cooperating countries of Europe and the Benelux countries and has pendingapplications for registration of the CHRSTIAN LOUBOUTIN shoes and LOUBOUTIN plus Designtrademarks and service marks in Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Peru, Qatar,the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela. There can be no assurance, however, thatthe Company will be able to effectively obtain rights to the LOUBOUTIN shoes markthroughout all of the countries of the world. Moreover, no assurance can begiven that others will not assert rights in, or ownership of Christian Louboutin Let Me Tell You , trademarks andother proprietary rights of the Company or that the Company will be able tosuccessfully resolve such conflicts.
